By using Aftr (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Aftr provides AI-powered video generation through a credit-based system. Users submit text prompts and optionally reference images to generate video content.
3. Credits & Billing
Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you generate. Aftr claims no ownership over your prompts or generated videos.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Aftr is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
